Training Services Terms & Conditions

Starting work on any kind of training project without a contract leaves both you and the client vulnerable and if any kind of dispute arises you can spend a lot of time, money and effort just working out what kind of contract you had.

A client may well have their own T&Cs or preferred contract  but if you have your own set of terms as a starting point you'll find it easier to negotiate. It looks much more professional to send every proposal or quotation letter with a set of T&Cs as well.
