| Summary |
The intention behind the program is to facilitate the next generation of community health leaders whose task will be to facilitate community based teams to deliver efficient, effective, and evidence based community health services to patients. The leadership program will provide a means for these "rising stars" to acquire the confidence, competencies and mindsets necessary to become world class community health leaders and respond creatively and competently to the challenges facing today’s integrated NHS.
The Alliance is looking for a capable provider to deliver a Leadership Development Programme to a cohort of up to 80 delegates through training sessions to be delivered in various locations across the area.
