A system is required to provide the organisation with a mechanism to record, report and analyse patient experience feedback, Quality of Care Round (QCR) feedback and information, across the organisation. The Quality of Care Round is a survey-based audit framework to allow Ward Managers and Matrons to assess the quality of care on their ward.
