Title 64335 Consultancy Services for Audience Journey Planning Client Website 

The consultancy would be required to work collaboratively with the organisation's staff and use their considerable body of existing research, as well as conduct primary research as needed. The consultancy is responsible for working with the team to uncover and increase understanding of the motivations and behaviours of their audiences that drive donation, volunteering and advocacy; developing a sustainable framework which identifies those with the greatest potential to give time and/or money; and working with the team to jointly design audience journeys.
