| Summary |
The successful Contractor would be required to carry out routine inspections in the form of air monitoring and visual inspection across all sites, with a record of findings being maintained in the form of a register on the Asbestos Database. The Contractor would also be responsible for maintaining the Site Register and Asbestos Database. The Contractor would provide the Site Asbestos Competent Person (ACP), with reports on the status/conditions of asbestos as requested and extracts from the database in support of risk assessment generation for work order card production or as requested.
In addition to routine monitoring, the Contractor would be required to provide analysis of ad-hoc samples produced through the waste route, defect, maintenance and project work and, as required.
Estimated value excluding VAT 5 000 000 GBP.
