The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably interested and qualified Contractors who can undertake the surveying, sampling, analysis and removal of Domestic and Communal areas (inclusive of occupied and void properties) asbestos and updates to current British Standards to tender for membership of a framework agreement under which it envisages that contracts will be let to Contractors within the framework for the provision of all or part of these services and the like to social dwellings, sheltered schemes and supported and special needs housing in properties owned or managed by the individual members (including future members) of the Consortium (under a series of future partnering arrangements).

Range: between 750 000 and 2 000 000 GBP.
