Summary The organisation is seeking tenders for the provision of a feasibility study and technical advice and assistance to three of its client community groups. These community groups want to use the local wind resource to create an income for their communities and require assistance to locate the most suitable sites for wind turbines. We are seeking a consultant that can provide expertise, knowledge and/or staff resources not otherwise available in the community groups or organisation. Knowledge of wind farm design and extensive practical knowledge in the field will be required and demonstrable experience of assistance with similar projects is highly desirable.

The deadline for submission of the tenders is midday on Friday 15th January 2010.
