Summary The project has two main aims:

1. To analyse Housing Survey energy data and use this information to prepare annual update reports on household energy efficiency in England.
2. To develop a model and database of domestic energy efficiency in the UK in order to prepare periodic Domestic Energy Fact Files for the UK as a whole and for the Devolved Administrations.

A pre-tender clarification meeting will be held on Wednesday 27th January 2010
